Dr. Christina Fast (at left, in office; below, with patients from her medical mission in 2008) is the optometrist at Eyes On Fremont and works hand-in-hand with their opticians to provide premium eye care to each and every patient.  Dr. Fast specializes in primary care and contact lens fittings.  She also has experience in low vision and pediatrics.

Currently Dr. Fast is accepting new patients.  Dr. Fast is contracted and bills directly to several insurance plans.  Once you've read the insurance, pricing, and discounts offered sections (see below) call Eyes On Fremont at (206) 634-3375 to schedule an appointment with Dr. Fast.  We look forward to seeing you!

Pricing:

Prices vary depending on services offered, but in general patients should expect:
  • Comprehensive Eye Exam, $130
  • Contact Lens Exam, $160 - $195 for the majority of fits -- price will vary with lens type. (There is an additional one-time contact lens training fee of $40 if you've never worn contact lenses before.)

You must come back in for your contact lens follow up within 90 days (3 mos) of your initial contact lens exam in order to finalize your contact lens prescription. If you return outside of the 90 day limit, you will be subject to a $45 refitting fee.

Discounts Offered:

If you do not have vision insurance and pay out of pocket, we offer a $25 discount when you pay on the day of service.  This reduces the cost of the comprehensive eye exam to $105, and contact lens exams to $135-$165 for most fits depending on lens type. Please note that fits for specialty lenses will vary.    Additionally we offer a $5 student discount with ID.
